ARM Classes

Get training from the Professional Development Center on writing Administrative Rules or formatting Administrative Rules for publication by our agency.

Every state agency submits its administrative rules to the Administrative Rules Services Division in the Secretary of State's office. Per 2-4-311 and 2-4-312, MCA, the Secretary of State is charged with the publication and arrangement of the ARM and Register.

In order to make the preparation and submission of Register notices and ARM replacement pages easier, this web site provides tools and tips. If you have suggestions or additional tools, please e-mail ARM or call 444-5596.
